Add Some Pizzazz to Your Water





If you're like me, you know drinking water is good for your body but it gets boring.  I have found a simple trick that gets me drinking water.  I have started adding a drop or two of Young Living Essential Oils in my water bottle every time I fill it up.

Some of my favorite oils to use include orange, citrus fresh, lemon, grapefruit, jade lemon, and peppermint.

By adding these oils to my water, I am now exceeding my recommended water consumption totals.

When using oils in your water, it is best to use a glass bottle.
