Calm Your Anxiety

Just about everyone suffers from some time of anxiety from time to time.  Whether you're worried about how you are going to get all of the cleaning down before your family stops by or worried about passing your upcoming exam at school.  I am naturally a worrier.  I worry about everything but lately I have found something that helps reduce my anxiety and it's all natural - Young Living Oils.

I mix 4 different oils in jojoba oil for the perfect anti-anxiety combo.

10 drops of Peace & Calming 
80 drops of jojoba oil
